Brooke Pilch
I'm an Arizona native. Growing up I was a competitive swimmer, training 3-4 times a day during high school on an Olympic Trials prep team. This led to an inevitable burnout which caused me to leave the sport before starting college.
After graduating college I felt lost and unmotivated in the gym, until I found a high intensity boot camp on Groupon. Here I regained my love of fitness and knew my goal was to help others. Through working with many individuals over the years I’ve found I have a knack for newbies. I love helping people brand new or those who have been out of the gym for a while build their strength, confidence and much more. Starting a new program can be intimidating but my goal is to take the fear out of it and help you get into a routine you enjoy! Certifications: ISSA Personal Trainer, Active Life Immersion, CrossFit Level 1 & Level 2, CrossFit Kids, CPR + AED
Justin Pilch
As a lifelong athlete, I dabbled in a variety of sports, but hockey was what I played the most. My journey with coaching fitness began in 2010 at Foothills Sports Medicine before earning my CrossFit Level 1 certificate in 2011.
James Cormack
As a seasoned gym coach with a passion for fitness, James brings expertise and motivation to every training session. With a background in boxing, he tailors workouts to individual needs, ensuring clients achieve their fitness milestones. Join James on a journey towards a healthier and stronger you.
